Leasing communication systems from CSK Communications, Inc.

1.) Request services from CSK Communications, Inc. and provide a preliminary route analysis.

2.) Enter into contractual terms with CSK Communications, Inc. for the following items:

a.) Route engineering (fiber optic systems). At a cost of $ .70/ft.

i. Provides exact system cost
ii. Joint Use application with local utility can be initiated
iii. Make-ready costs can be calculated
iv. Removal costs can be calculated.

OR

b. Site engineering (wireless systems). At a cost of 2,500.00/site

i. Provides route calculations for line of sight integrity, dB path losses, elevations and GPS calculation

3.) Enter into a 5-year lease

a. Lease cost will include the following:

1) 5-year repayment schedule for the cost of money to build system.

2) Estimated yearly maintenance costs.

3) Taxes, insurance, joint use fees, private easements, etc. incurred for system maintenance.

b. After 5 years, lease costs will only include 2 and 3 above and be signed for another 5-year term. If customer terminates lease at this time, security deposit will be used for system removal from public right of way. Customer remains liable for cost of money used to build system.

Private customers will be required to provide a security deposit equal to 100% of removal costs of system, which will be held in escrow for 5 years. Security deposit will be used to cover removal costs should customer, for any reason become unable to continue the lease agreement.
